All orders are shipped within 0-5 business days, unless some item is temporarily out of stock. You will receive your product within 0-2 weeks of your order date. We ship via UPS / USPS. Desino1.com is not responsible for delay caused by UPS/USPS. The prices quoted are for the 48 contagious states. Special charges will apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico and other countries.
The UPS does not deliver to PO Box address, also no deliveries on week-ends.

Sales Tax
There is a sales Tax of 7% for NJ residents only.

For shipments outside the US custom's and duty charges may apply. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance is your responsibility; we have no control over these charges.

Return Policy:
Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items for a full refund (We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of error by our shipping department): Any unopened items (CD, DVD) in its original condition.
Desino1.com does not provide warranties on any merchandise. Any warranty or promises made by the manufacturers are solely their liability. Shipping charges will be solely customer's responsibility if for any reason we will agree to exchange or replace the product.
If you've received a damaged item , please contact us by email within 14 days of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. DO NOT send the item back to us until you have spoken with one of our representatives

Back Order Policy
If any item is temporarily Out of Stock, It will be marked as Back Order (Pending)
your order will be processed as usual, with your credit or debit card charged for the full amount of your order. All other items you've ordered will be shipped to you immediately.
We will then make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 to 4 weeks. If we are unable to do so, you will be issued an immediate credit for the amount of your order we were unable to fulfill.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Desino1.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Desino1.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Desino1.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
